Contact us today about our mobile USCIS Form I-9 services! We’ll facilitate prompt processing of Employment Eligibility Verification.

Our Notary Public can act as your company’s agent (authorized representative) to certify this (often) mandatory USCIS form for your remote employees. Let us expedite onboarding and get your hires on the job sooner: our notary travels to your hire at her/his location!

While it’s not required to be a notary to certify Form I-9, USCIS Employment Eligibility Verification, it’s a common choice. That’s because a notary is a public official with trust-based duties and is thus often perceived as trustworthy. And that’s the correct perception with our notary/I-9 authorized representative!

Please remember! We can accept your employee’s document(s) and Form I-9, but we can never sign using the title “Notary Public!” Run–fast!–from any firm saying otherwise! In fact, your new hire’s form may be rejected for such improper use.

The correct wording, even if you make the great choice to hire a notary, is simply “Authorized Representative.” And that’s exactly how we complete the USCIS I-9 new hire and rehire work authorization form!

E-Verify

Do you participate in E-Verify for I-9? That’s USCIS’s electronic system to process work authorization requests instead of on paper.

We’re well acquainted with E-Verify and will happily work via your account. If it makes more sense to go with a vendor for deep integration, we’ll let you know.

More coming soon…please stay tuned!
